• Video: A close look at Juan Martin del Potro’s wrist rehabilitation.

• Ben Rothenberg of The New York Times tries to figure out Fabio Fognini. Asking Italians won’t help.

For all his condemnable antics, Fognini, who embraces the nickname Fogna, meaning “sewer” in Italian, has undeniable charisma.

With a wide, bright smile, and an almost cartoonishly expressive face punctuated by two thick eyebrows, Fognini is an unusually emotive tennis player, even when not making wild gestures like dramatically collapsing to the court upon hearing an overrule from the chair umpire, as happened at Wimbledon last year. Fognini has recently added long, thin sideburns and a goatee, making him look something like a Disney villain, a similarity that his exaggerated strut between points hardly dispels.

“He looks really funny, like somebody from ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ or something,” said Monica Puig, a player on the women’s tour.

• Roger Federer talks extensively with Simon Briggs of The Telegraph about his new twin sons.

“I’m aware it’s going to be a lot of work,” Federer said of his new life as the world’s most famous father of four. “But this is not a time where anybody needs to feel sorry for me or get worried. It’s super-exciting. With Myla and Charlene just being there and being with them, observing, just doing it all together, it’s so cool. I’m really looking forward to it all, and the future is beautiful.”

• The USTA is set to announce a $50 million facility in Orlando being dubbed “the new home of American tennis.”

• A court has ordered Jennifer Capriati’s former agent to repay her more than $500,000.

• Li Na is the only athlete to land on Fast Company’s list of the 100 most creative business people.

• N*SYNC’s It’s Gonna Be Me rewritten for Li and her coach, Carlos Rodriguez.

• Ashleigh Barty and Nick Kyrgios get French Open wild cards.

• SB Nation put together visualizations of different players’ playing styles. Pretty cool.
